I love to bake most for my family — their smiles are everything — and for my catering clients, who keep requesting my Lemon Raspberry Supreme Cake. Running a catering business, I bake to bring joy and connection: light lemon sponge, tangy raspberry compote, and silky lemon buttercream that disappears at every event. I’d bring that same warmth and crowd-pleasing confidence to the Greatest Baker.
