I baked sourdough cinnamon rolls with pumpkin spice added to the filling for an extra fall flavor. They're complemented with a subtle maple icing. They're soft, fluffy, and not overly sweet, allowing people to enjoy more of it. They make a perfect treat for a cozy fall morning.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my husband and kids the most. My interest in baking really took off after I got married. I like to experiment with all kinds of different bakes, but my husband loves my chocolate chip and dark chocolate candy cane cookies in particular, so they're what I make most often.
How would you use the $10,000?
I'd probably put it toward investments in our home. We just bought our first house about a year and a half ago, and there's so much we would love to do to really make it a haven for our family and those around us.
