I specialize in sourdough and make all things sourdough bread and goodies. My signature bake is most definitely my Sourdough Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Customers always tell me once they eat one they have to eat the whole bag. The brown butter definitely makes the deliciousness of the cookie.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is everyone. I love seeing and hearing the reactions and such kind words when people eat my baked goods or bread.
How would you use the $10,000?
I’m currently renovating my basement to add a second kitchen because I have grown a lot bigger than I thought I would. But if I won the $10,000 I would use it to open a commercial store front/kitchen.
