Gosen…..a delicious breakfast treat similar to a cinnamon roll. Pastry made with a soft brioche dough, a cinnamon hazelnut filling, and are topped with a Florentina-type mixture before baking. Baked until golden brown in a NovaCart baking mold for easy release of all the gooey goodness!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Family of course! Cookies are always a great choice! My chocolate chunk spice cookies made with chopped chunks of Callebaut chocolate (54.5%), toasted walnuts and cinnamon are always a hit at gatherings.
How would you use the $10,000?
Take my daughter and husband to Austria! We would visit all the cafes and eat delicious pastries EVERYDAY!!!
