My signature bake is a moist, flavorful cake that’s classic yet thoughtful—rich chocolate, vanilla, or inventive flavors like lavender or sweet potato. I focus on light, clean cakes without enriched flour and often make them allergen-friendly. People love them because they’re comforting, memorable, and something anyone can enjoy, no matter their dietary needs.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Baking has truly been a gift from God that I get to share with many. It’s a way to create memories, celebrate moments, and show love through something thoughtful and comforting. Each bake is filled with love and intentionality. If I had to choose a favorite person to bake for, it would be my nephew (3yr) He’s my official cake taster and absolutely loves cake—especially anything with my classic buttercream icing!
How would you use the $10,000?
While I’m sure I could find many ways to use $10,000, I would first seek God’s direction. My heart would be to steward that gift well and use it wisely to help as many people in need as possible.
