My signature bake is my mini pies — especially the apple and pecan flavors. They’ve become my most popular treat because they capture that homemade, comforting flavor in a perfect handheld size. Each pie has a buttery, flaky crust made from real butter, and I use fresh fruit fillings that balance sweetness and texture. People love that every bite tastes like something made with care, not mass-produced.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my grandmother. She’s my biggest inspiration and the person who first introduced me to the joy of baking. I love making her classic pies, especially apple and pecan. They’re her favorites, and I feel proud knowing I’ve carried on a family tradition she started.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to invest in my baking because it’s not just a hobby — it’s something I love deeply. I’d use the money to upgrade my equipment, buy quality ingredients, and build something lasting that I can share with my community and my family
