I have tons, but I would say my crowd favorite oddly enough? My cowboy cookies! These chewy rich, delicious cookies are the perfect balance between sweet and salty. They have fueled office meetings, dinner parties, sleepovers, and just those craving a good comforting treat! They are a deliciously rich oatmeal chocolate chip cookie loaded with toasted sweet coconut and chopped pecans. The texture? Insane. Flavor? Out of this world.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my kids. They are my biggest cheerleaders and my favorite taste-testers. They love all things cookies, and occasionally some good old fashioned cinnamon rolls. It means the world to be able to sit in such a loving home and share these things with the ones who inspire me the most to do and be the best that I can be everyday. I started all of this for me, and now I can continue at it for them.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use it towards my boys’s well being, and give them a much deserved vacation because they deserve something good. They are biologically my sisters children, though she unfortunately passed away last January due to breast cancer. I moved to Texas and took over caring for them as my own to try and give them all the love and care they deserve. 25 percent of my winnings will also be donated to my local food bank to help feed those in need.
