My Gooey Butter Cakes is always the favorite! It is a St Louis creation & a lot of people don’t know about them & it always surprises people! I make original, Chocolate Gooey Butter & a Seasonal Favorite Cranberry Orange that has orange zest in the topping and our homemade Cranberry Compote swirled into it! It’s the best. Simple adjustments can make a significant difference & I love experimenting and adjusting flavors!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My family of course! I am always buying cook books and I absolutely love making new recipes! I try almost anything to find that one special recipe!
How would you use the $10,000?
I would go on a dream trip to France to explore the country side and all the bakeries! 🤍🤍🤍
