My signature is croissants! It's become popular because there are very few places to get a quality laminated pastry where I live. I also like to deliver them to friends as fresh as possible, which adds to the deliciousness.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I like to bake for my husband and two sons most! They are very encouraging taste testers and always cheer on my baking efforts. I love to make them cannoli and pastries, though muffins and sourdough are what I make most often.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would divide my winnings into a few things. First, I would send a portion to aid organizations around the world to help feed the families and children struggling with war and famine. I'd also upgrade a few of my kitchen appliances to make baking even more enjoyable. Lastly, I would put some of the money toward a family vacation to make memories with them.
