My signature bake is the Drunk N’ Love Strawberry Crunch Boozy Bundt. It’s inspired by the strawberry shortcake bar I used to get from the ice cream truck as a kid. I turned that nostalgic flavor into a moist tequila-soaked strawberry cake with cream cheese filling and a strawberry crunch crumble. It’s my most popular treat because it delivers childhood nostalgia with a grown, boozy twist. I don’t just bake cakes—I create flavors that make people feel celebrated, whatever the occasion.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my girlfriend. I make her my Banana Pudding Moonshine Bundt the most because she’s always loved my banana pudding, so I turned it into a boozy cake just for her. She’s my biggest supporter, the one who pushes me to grow, stay focused, and keep creating. Every time she tastes a new flavor and smiles, it reminds me why I love baking and why this journey matters. Every new flavor I make reminds me why I bake, to make people a taste of my childhood in a cake form.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to grow Boozy Bundts into a full-scale operation. The funds would let me upgrade equipment, and increase production so I can take on larger orders and more events. I’d also invest in marketing, pop-up setups, and materials to expand into a Boozy Bundts dessert truck experience. This prize would help me scale faster, reach more customers, and turn my dessert brand into something truly unstoppable.
