We bake miniature cheesecakes and switch out our flavors every month. We’ve been baking for over a year now and we’ve never had a negative comment or review on our baked goods! We’re a small business trying to make a name for ourselves by going to pop up events. We one day hope we’ll have enough business and the funds to open up a shop and expand to many other cream cheese based desserts and add in food items!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Our family members because while you may think they are biased they give us ways to make ourselves better! They are also the best taste testers! Our favorite taste testers are my dad and brother! Whenever we rollout a new flavor they are always the first to try! Brother loves our cream cheese stuffed cookies and dad loves to try the cheesecakes.. and the cookies!
How would you use the $10,000?
My mother and I are the ones you primarily run this business. She is the one who wanted to start a small business so that she could build a foundation for our futures. She works so hard to juggle not only our small business but also her full time job! If we win the $10,000 we would definitely spend it on a food truck! This would make it so much easier for us to haul our equipment as well as our goods. We could be more accessible to our customers and provide more options! It would be a dream!
