My signature bake is a Double Chocolate Cake, moist chocolate cake layers with a light chocolate buttercream!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for would be my two daughters! They always get to choose a decorated cake they would like me to make and their favorite flavor!
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the money to be able to expand my baking area! Currently I am a one man operation that runs a certified cottage bakery (home bakery) right out of my kitchen! If I win, I would be able to get a baking shed which I would convert into my own baking space to allow me to grow more in my bakery operation!
