My most signature bake is my giant gourmet cookies. They weigh in at over 7 ounces. I can make and bake almost anything but they have been my number one requested item for over 2 years. Most are stuffed with flavored buttercream, but the fan favorite is stuffed with a hazelnut spread.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for is my community. They have supported me from the very beginning of my baking career. They always request new flavors or ideas and they have molded me into the baker I am today.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I were to win, I’d take the money to help open a new bakery. So many people have been waiting for me to outgrow my space and open a local bakery so they can get my goods daily.
