I have two signature treats, my scones are amazing but my cheesecake is in a whole other category of yum. I've never tasted a cheesecake like my own.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My 8 year old son Rowyn, he loves anything made with his own sourdough starter "Sir Sparky V" And my elderly neighbor Ginger, she loves my cheesecake!
How would you use the $10,000?
I would start building my commercial kitchen on my property, which is necessary for me to start selling my cheesecakes. I would also donate a portion of the winnings to a housing project in Uganda.
