My signature bake is probably my Bourbon Dark Chocolate Pecan Pie. I make it every year for Thanksgiving, and it’s become a tradition my family and friends look forward to. The deep flavor of bourbon, rich chocolate, and toasted pecans make it unforgettable. It’s so special that I only make it once a year!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my friends and family. Baking is my love language, it’s how I show I care. I love spoiling them with homemade treats, whether it’s cookies, pies, or cakes. Seeing their faces light up when they taste something I’ve made is the most rewarding feeling.
How would you use the $10,000?
Baking is truly my heart and soul I couldn’t imagine doing anything else in life. It brings me so much joy to create and share something that makes people happy. I would use the $10,000 to help me take the next big step to my dream of owning a pastry food truck or even my own bakery one day. It would give me the chance to share my passion with more people, bring my desserts to new places, and turn my dream into a reality!
