The chocolate meringue cookies with coconut are an interesting combination of flavors and textures. The meringue melts in your mouth and then there's the chewy coconut that makes you savor the chocolate. They look like a cookie but they feel like a candy bar. People love them because of this unique combination.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I like to share my baked treats with my family and my co-workers. My children love Snickerdoodles and cheesecake. My co-workers love banana bread and the chocolate coconut meringue cookies.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the money to begin the process of manufacturing one of my popular baked goods commercially
