That is honestly a hard answer. I'm known for my pies due to my crust but I love to make different desserts. I love to take the normal and make it unique. Honestly, it's hard to pinpoint just one but if I have to, I would say my rum pound cake. This is the one that sent me down the road to incorporating alcohol into my desserts and making them unique to me.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Person? It would have to be people and that's my family. My wife and two little girls. My biggest critics and cheerleaders! Seeing them smile, say "yummy" and give thumbs up, makes it all worth it. Bread... they love bread.. all kinds.. and they have no patience to wait for it to cool, hahaha!
How would you use the $10,000?
The money would be literally life changing. I would be able to by proper equipment for expanding and getting out to farmer's markets and local events more. I would be able to breathe a little easier that's for sure.
