My signature bake is the Cookie Monster Cookie — a fun, blue, cookies-and-cream-inspired treat that makes everyone smile. It’s soft, chewy, and packed with Oreos and vanilla chips. Kids love the character design, and adults can’t resist the nostalgic flavor. It’s my most-requested cookie because it’s equal parts delicious and joyful!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my two young daughters. They’re my little baking buddies — always ready to pour in ingredients, turn up the music, and dance around the kitchen. Their most requested treats are my party animal cookie and sourdough breads. We mix laughter with sugar and end up with memories just as sweet as the treats we make. Their joy reminds me why I love baking in the first place.
How would you use the $10,000?
I’d use the $10,000 to build a commercial kitchen at home, growing my bakery while staying close to my daughters. It would let me serve my community fresh, homemade treats while keeping family at the heart of it all. I’m so grateful for this opportunity and hope to show my girls that dreams are always worth fighting for — and it’s never too late to create the life you imagine.
