Ah, red velvet A Southern Showstopper It’s such an interesting bake because it’s not quite chocolate, not quite vanilla — it lives in its own smooth, luxurious category. The subtle cocoa flavor, velvety crumb, and that rich cream cheese frosting make it a total classic.

Baking for kids is one of my favorite things there’s something special about creating little moments of joy with something homemade.”
How would you use the $10,000?
If I had $10,000 to open a bakery, I’d start small but smart. I’d use part of it to rent or set up a shared commercial kitchen instead of a full storefront at first. That way, I could focus on perfecting recipes and building a customer base through online orders, pop-ups, or local markets.I’d get essential equipment ,products for ingredients, packaging, and promotional reasons.
