I am a self taught baker. My mom and Grandma used to be bakers and my Mom passed away when I was 23 so I started to bake in her honour. ❤️

My family loves my shortbread and my chocolate truffles which was one of my moms most requested recipes. Both have been favs for years.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love baking for my family. My family are my favourite people. I have a very large family and it seems almost every week I’m baking something for one of them . Aunty Norma who is 92 loves her favourite vanilla sponge cupcakes with vanilla buttercream, I make oatmeal raisin cookies for Uncle Al his favourite. Everyone loves my butter tarts which was my Grandma Betty’s recipe. My Dad loves my shortbread, he says mine are the best My nieces are always asking me to make them sugar cookies
How would you use the $10,000?
I would like to give back so I would definitely be baking and giving to people who don’t usually get to have goodies and who are hungry. I have never been on a vacation, I am 44 years old and have never been anywhere so I think I would like to take a trip. Maybe a new mixer and some more cake supplies too 😃
