My signature bake? That would be my blueberry lemonade sweet rolls. I actually made that in winter for one of my sons play to sell at the concession stand. I made 34. All sold! After that, I made them for every occasion, any reason. Its fresh, tart, bright, soft. Don't get me started about the glaze that goes ontop. Oh. My. Gosh. Its like a thicker blueberry lemonade that is just Smothering the sweet rolls. So much tart lemons. So good.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
That would be my family ( wolife, kids, in laws) so for my wife, she love my lemonade poppy seed sweet rolls. My sister inlaw and mother inlaw, they get the jalapeño cheese poolish bread, every time it's a fight over the loafs. For my sons. They love the chocolate cherry poolish loafs I make. My father in law is a huge fan of the apple fritter bread I make. He likes to make French toast out it.
How would you use the $10,000?
To help me renovate my kitchen so I can actually bake and cook. When we bought the house we are in, there was no counter space, no storage, and a standard small oven. I would make new counter space so I can easily move things around. Bake in a better over. If I could show you, I would. Its so sad how much space I have.
