I was injured in 2019 and disabled. Although I can't stand very long, I had to relearn new ways of doing things. I use and office chair.

Pumpkin Rolls! I have heard many times that they are the best they have ever had. They are moist, crack free and full of cream cheese. I also make them for a family that is allergic to cinnamon and have adjusted the spices to be cinnamon free so they can enjoy. They look so pretty when sliced and displayed.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My family had always been my most favorite to bake for, however in recent years I have discovered a love for feeding others. Church, Doctor Offices, Park Managers office, Work...Whoever I feel that needs a little treat will be baked for. Due to my disability, I have to bake from a seated position so it has become my lifeline to feeling "normal." Seeing people smile and realizing that baking is my love language has changed my perspective of my life .
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the money to purchase a food trailer so I could sell my baked goods at local places. I want to feel independent again. I want to work but I have to do it so that my back and legs do not render me incapacitated for days. This would allow me to make a living and not be on disability. Being a teacher and suddenly losing your whole way of living does a number on you Mentally and Physically. I want to be "Me"again.
