I would say either the tiramisu cupcakes that I sent the picture of or the strawberry crunch banana pudding cheesecake. Both turned out amazing and tasted great. The cheesecake was perfect in flavor and had so many different ones. The cupcakes were moist and you could really taste the coffee flavor in the frosting.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person is my mother in law. We could talk about baking anytime. She was a amazing person and I will truly miss her. Sadly she is an angel now looking up on us. I will bake in this competition for her.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would but more baking supplies and cookware. I would pay off student loan debt.
