My signature treat is my Italian tiramisu. It is my most popular treat because my customers love how light, airy, and not too sweet it is.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my Aunt Lisa. Her favorite treat for me to make is 7 layer cookies. It was once her recipe that she passed down to me. She has always inspired me to pursue baking and I will always make her these cookies.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would invest the money into my small business. I would like to upgrade my appliances and be able to advertise my business to a large audience.
