My signature bake lately has been Strawberry Puff Pastries. Everyone loves the flakey pastry and really almost any fruit I make of them. Besides the Puff Pastries, my next runner up is Key Lime Pies.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite to bake for is definitely my husband. Tom loves when I make sugar cookies because he will share them with Barney, our chubby Pomeranian. Not only does he like the frosted sugar cookies but also Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Guess he is not really picky, as long as I make it, he loves it.
How would you use the $10,000?
When we moved here from NY, I hadn't physically seen my house. I had a big country style kitchen and this kitchen is what they refer to as a Galley Kitchen. I would love to expand this to a more roomy kitchen.
