Allergy-friendly, handcrafted challah is the heart of our little community- with tradition, softness, and flavor. Each loaf is made with care, patience, and premium ingredients, creating a tender crumb and golden crust that brings comfort to every table. Our signature bake reflects who we are: inclusive, warm, and devoted to making safe, beautiful bread that everyone can enjoy. It also contains ingredients from local farms in our community and showcases one of our core values: Community 1st.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My wife! She is the technical guru of our online side of things and the inspiration for our allergy awareness as she is highly allergic to several things. She absolutely loves my pineapple cake that I make her every year for her birthday.
How would you use the $10,000?
We would use the $10k to take the next crucial steps toward opening our community bakery—investing in licensing, inspections, and essential equipment. It would help secure a small storefront, expand our allergy-friendly menu, and create a warm, safe space where everyone can enjoy fresh, handcrafted baked goods. This funding brings our hometown bakery dream closer to reality.
