My most requested dessert is cake! I would say my cakes are the most popular because we use real ingredients and don't take any short cuts. Simple high quality ingredients that produce moist, fluffy desserts that aren't overly sweet.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I don't have one favorite person to bake for, but my husband and kids are definitely first in line. They are my first taste testers, the brutal honesty always humbles me and makes sure that my desserts are perfect by the time my clients order and taste.
How would you use the $10,000?
$10,000 would go towards a couple of upgrades to our packaging and helping tighten up our branding. I enjoy working with many local organizations such as Impacting Tomorrow and Big Brothers Big Sisters, so a portion of the money will be set aside for my events that I offer kids and families free of charge.
