Poppyseed Cake. I dont make often but when I do it's gone fast. It has 3 layers with whip cream homemade ganache with strawberries and toasted almonds on side. It melts in your mouth. It is a very complex cake but well worth it.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My husband and proubly cakes. He loves my cake decorating and always wants me to make him something.
How would you use the $10,000?
I want to start a cake trailer where I can do custom orders and I could do private parties or public events. I have always wanted my own bakery and this would give me my chance.
