My favorite thing to make is Boterkoek, a Dutch almond cake. It is very unassuming, but it's very moist, and packs an amazing amount of flavour. I love it because it's easy and always delicious.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Anyone and anything. I love to bake, so naturally I try to share it as much as possible. Most people who know me know I enjoy baking but they don't expect what I make to be quite that good 😉
How would you use the $10,000?
Probably to pay down some debt, but I would love to acquire some new music gear and update my baking supplies.
