My signature bake is definitely my cheesecake, and it’s hands-down one of my most popular treats! 💛 I think what makes it so loved is the balance — it’s rich and creamy, but still light enough that it doesn’t feel heavy. I use a smooth, velvety filling with just the right sweetness, and a perfectly buttery crust that melts in your mouth. Every layer is made with extra care, from the slow bake to the chill time, so the texture comes out silky every single time.
