My signature bakes are the Midnight Campfire and the Maple Crème Brûlée Cookie. They’re the perfect blend of nostalgia and indulgence, gooey centers, brown butter richness, and layers of flavor that remind people of home. They’re my most popular treats because they feel familiar, but taste unforgettable.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I don’t have just one favorite person to bake for. I bake for my family, friends, and even the homeless during the holidays. Anyone who needs comfort gets cookies from me. I love creating whatever dessert brings them joy, because baking is how I show love, care, and connection.
How would you use the $10,000?
I’d use the $10,000 to finally make Cozy Crumble Co. official. secure my licensing, upgrade my equipment, and invest in quality packaging. The rest would go straight into saving for my dream: opening a cozy brick and mortar bakery where people can walk in, breathe in warm brown butter air, and feel at home the moment they step inside.
