Our signature bakes are our Traditional and Gluten-Free Cinnamon Rolls—famous for being incredibly light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. Every bite melts in your mouth, and customers rave that they’re the best rolls they’ve ever had. It’s the treat people drive across town for, and the one that keeps them coming back again and again.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is a close friend who’s strictly gluten-free. She believed in me from the start and pushed me to master gluten-free baking. I love creating new treats for her to taste and give feedback. But truly, my favorite people to bake for are all of our gluten-free customers who tell us they haven’t enjoyed a from-scratch cookie, muffin, or cinnamon roll like this in years.
How would you use the $10,000?
We would reinvest the $10,000 directly into our small coffee shop by upgrading to a larger oven and essential equipment. These improvements would help us keep up with demand, increase production, and continue delivering the fresh, high-quality treats our customers love.
