Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love baking for my community. My mini sourdough flights and stuffed breads are my favorites to bake and my community seems to adore them.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the prize money to increase my microbakery production and expand into other farmers markets. I want to be able to create a network of friends and vendors across markets to give back to those in need with our wares.
