Homemade cinnamon rolls and Danish define my baking style crafted with precision, patience, and heart. Inspired by family recipes from my mom and grandma, and trained by French Chefs, I’ve perfected soft layers, rich fillings, and golden finishes. These bakes represent my roots, my passion for teaching, and my commitment to sharing comfort and craftsmanship to my students and patrons through every bite.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My grandpa was my favorite person to bake for because he had the biggest sweet tooth and the warmest smile. He savored every cookie, pie, and slice of cake as if it were a gift. Though he’s gone now, I can still hear him say with a smile, "how sweet it is" beside me when I bake—the scent of sugar and butter bringing back his laughter and love. Baking for him taught me that sweetness isn’t just in desserts, but in the memories and love we share.
How would you use the $10,000?
Winning $10,000 would truly be a dream come true. This opportunity would allow me to invest in my bakery and food truck—upgrading equipment, experimenting with new recipes, and staying inspired by the latest food trends. More than that, it would help me continue sharing my passion for baking with my community, spreading a little more sweetness and joy with every treat I make.
