My signature bake is my Biscoff Cupcake — a soft, fluffy cinnamon-spiced cupcake filled with creamy Biscoff spread and topped with a smooth Biscoff buttercream. It’s my most popular treat because it’s the perfect balance of warm flavor and sweetness, and every bite melts in your mouth. People love the rich cookie butter taste and the way the cupcake stays moist and decadent from the first bite to the last. It’s the one treat that customers always come back for!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite people to bake for are my children and my wife — they’re my biggest cheerleaders. I make brownies for them the most, because it’s the one treat they all love the same way: warm, fudgy, and straight from the heart.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to invest in my cooking business and help grow my wife’s barber business. We’re building something for our family, and this would take us to the next level. I’d also use part of it to take my kids somewhere special, like Disney or Universal Studios, to create memories they’ll never forget.
