My signature bakes are vegan cupcakes and macarons. Cupcakes are my crowd-pleaser—I bring them to family gatherings, parties, and school concerts, and they’re always gone in minutes. Macarons are my colourful little science experiments, where I’m always learning something new. Together they’re the perfect mix of fun, creativity, and compassionate baking, and people are always surprised they’re fully plant-based.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favourite people to bake for are my family. Especially my husband and four boys—they’re my built-in taste-testing team. They’ll happily devour anything I make, but my vegan macarons, cookies and cupcakes disappear fastest.
How would you use the $10,000?
It has been my dream to visit Paris, France. I will be turning 50 soon and I would love to go to Paris and visit all the vegan Pâtisseries I can find. Also, I want to stop into Disney Paris with the boys!
