I would say my prosciutto croissants are most popular for a savory bake. The saltiness paired with the buttery crisp homemade croissant dough is wonderful. Blueberry scones are always requested for something sweet, not heavy, light, moist and flavorful
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I’d have to say my husband. He’s extremely honest whether he likes something completely or if I need to make any changes. I’m pretty bad about writing recipes down so each time I make something it’s slightly different and he surprisingly notices and doesn’t hesitate to tell me. I love his honesty and how much he supports me. Croissants are his favorite!
