My Signature bake is definitely going to be my cheesecakes! Everyone loves them and it took time to find the recipe that was just perfect! It’s creamy but not too cheesy or sour it has the perfect balance and my favorite thing is I can show my creative side with my cheesecake. I can customize it into different flavorings and make anything with it. I love hearing feedback and giving people their favorite flavors. Even if I’m trying it for the first time.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my grandma. She is the one who taught me and she’s really good at giving advice for baking. Shes constantly giving me new cheesecake ideas to make and when I make them for her I get to eat it too. Her opinion means a lot to me and I love trying new things.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I was so fortunate enough to win $10,000 I would use some of it to help me finish through school. I also would use it to go back to school and further my knowledge in baking and learn from real professionals. Baking is a huge passion of mine and I can only learn more and how exciting it would be to get to do that.
