My signature bake is definitely my biscoff cookies. Because the cookie itself isn't too sweet it's perfect for people who don't normally eat baked goods. They are easily customizable per person, no matter if you like a plain cookie (like my mom) or the addition of add ins like chocolate chips or caramel (like my husband). But my personal favorite way to make them is to stuff them with extra Biscoff cream or chocolate ganache for a gooey center surprise.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is for sure my dad. We always baked together when I was a kid and now that he's been diagnosed with cancer again I love bringing him joy with my treats. He has a huge sweet tooth so he's always asking me to bake something new but his go to favorite are my classic chocolate chip cookies. So no matter what else I bake him he also needs a fresh batch of cookies on the side.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would put the money back into starting my bakery. I've always been too scared to start but since my dad got sick I realized life doesn't wait for you to be ready. So for almost a year now I've been working towards fulfilling my life long dream of owning my own bakery. That's why I chose the name Kaydreaming for the bakery because this is my dream I'm trying to make come true.
