I make challah for Jewish holidays and Shabbat- and I bake 1-3x's a month (baking at least 8 loaves each time). Unlike store bought challah I use unique toppings (primarily from Trader Joe's seasoning section), and try to pair the toppings with the types of food I'm serving!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love baking for my friends and family- and challah is definitely what I bake the most often!
How would you use the $10,000?
I have a 501c3 called LoveBombing (registered), www.lovebombing.org; I will put the money to great use. My nonprofit provides free art classes and activities for neurodivergent children (and adults).
