My signature bake is a fully handmade petit gateau crafted with silky premium ganache, tucked between soft vanilla sponge cake and finished with a dab of sweet cherry compote made from local farm cherries. The dedication to quality and detail is what makes this treat my most popular. My friends appreciate the freshness, the flavor, and the fact that it’s truly made with pride and obviously from scratch.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
It’s for my daughter, she is my most discerning customer :)
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use it to buy more inventory and some additional training to expand the scale and rent a kitchen to spend more time baking
