My signature bake is my triple chocolate cookie, made with rich cocoa, high quality 77% dark chocolate and milk chocolate, and a blend of gluten-free oats and high-quality gluten-free flour. It’s soft, chewy, and completely indulgent. I first made it for a golf tournament and everyone raved about it. You’d never even know it’s gluten-free, it’s that good. It’s now one of my most requested bakes and a personal favourite to share.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favourite people to bake for are my friends. Whether it’s celebrating their important days or surprising them with sweets during big life changes, I love being part of those moments. Baking is how I show care, every recipe is made with thought and intention. I try to make treats that feel special but also a little mindful, using good ingredients and balance so they taste amazing and feel comforting too.
How would you use the $10,000?
If I won, I’d invest the $10,000 into my future and my dream of one day opening a bakery. I want to create a space where people can enjoy desserts that are indulgent yet made with care- using quality, mindful ingredients and being inclusive of different allergies and dietary needs. It would help me grow as a baker and bring that vision to life.
