I would say my Millionaire Bars, with layers of shortbread, chewy caramel, and chocolate topped with sea salt. They are a great balance of sweet and salty. I have made them on several occasions and there are never any leftovers.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my family and friends. It brings me great joy to share my creations with the people I love. Whenever we have an event, or even just because, I try to make new and fun creations, whether it's cupcakes, cookies, or pastries. Cupcakes and cakes are my favorite thing to bake for them because I love getting creative with flavors and decorations.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the money in three ways: to upgrade my baking tools, to build a small farm stand to share my bakes with the neighborhood (I always have way more than I can eat alone), and I would save whatever is leftover for a rainy day.
