With it being fall, I’d say pumpkin swirl cheesecake is one of the most popular things I bake! I swirl pumpkin and plain cheesecake together atop a gingersnap cinnamon crust.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My mom! She’s got quite the sweet tooth and has always encouraged me to bake. She always appreciates me taking over something new for her to try or just a plate of cookies to show my appreciation.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would love to upgrade some of my baking equipment. We’re a young family with two young daughters, so putting money towards our future would be the top priority.
