I’ve come up with my own version of a cheesecake and it’s popular because it’s been featured at citizen bank park diamond club home of the Philadelphia Phillies . The comments I got from guest and staff was exciting to read. The creamy texture and the flavorful taste of the cheesecake is not like any other I’ve had before. I have other signature things in my library of recipes but definitely cheesecake it the top.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I loved to bake for my mom she’s now passed away but she would love when I made apple bread pudding, pastry and cookies of all kinds from checker board to simple sugar cookies. Now I bake for a community of lovely people that have been requesting me and my very own baked goods . I love the smiles and happiness from those people.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would open a small bake shop on my property where people could come to get the tasty treats I make . It’s been a dream of mine to open a small shop where I could provide flavorful treats to my community and surrounding areas . I currently have a private cottage bakery that I operate from my home.
