My cinnamon rolls are my most popular treat amongst my family. So much so that they told other people about it and they were wanting to buy them from me. Which also inspired me to create my own bakery called "Forest Park Goods". My cinnamon rolls have been made with countless inclusions. Including black berries, pistachios, and strawberries.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for would have to be my wife. She has been my strong arm, my shoulder to lean on and my number one fan when learning and growing into the baker I am today. She has helped me in everyday possible make my dreams come true and im extremely grateful for her.
How would you use the $10,000?
June of 2025 i was diagnosed with carcinoid cancer that was located in the atrium of my bowel causing a blockage and required emergency surgery. I would pay my medical bills and also use it to help others who were there for me during that terrible time. From the nurses that helped me literally get back on feet and my family who took off work to help me at home. I would also donate some of that money to American Cancer Society.
