5oz peanut butter overload cookie. It’s a jumbo thick peanut butter cookie loaded with peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces and Reese’s peanut butter cups. It was the first recipe I created on my own and that passion and love for it endeared many customers to love it too.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
Definitely my family. I most often make them my classic chocolate chip cookie. It’s also another recipe I developed over time to the exact kind of cookie we like. Thick, loaded with milk chocolate chips, lightly crisp edges yet still soft in the center.
How would you use the $10,000?
The prize money would help me immensely to expand my business becoming more efficient while still holding a high standard. This kind of capital also enables me to donate and fundraise for more local organizations than I currently am able to do.
