My signature bake is a chocolate cream pie with mile high meringue. The recipe is passed down from my great grandmother, to my grandmother, to my mom, and to me. It's delicious and I always make it a personal goal to get the meringue as high and pretty as possible.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I enjoy baking for my husband the most. I bake a lot of sourdough for our household and I enjoy creating loaves with flavors that he picks. One of our favorites is a cranberry, pistachio, sunflower seed, and pecan sourdough loaf.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would use the $10,000 to help furnish our first home that is currently being built. We are so excited to have more room in our kitchen and an actual pantry!
