Sticky toffee pudding is my most requested treat for family and friends. My husband was sad when I made it for our holiday dinner one year because he thought it outshone his beautiful Christmas tasting menu (which was phenomenal!) … but just a few simple ingredients make for some fabulous treats!
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
I love to bake for my gluten free friends. I try to get them goodies that they can’t have anywhere else…donuts, cupcakes, biscotti!
How would you use the $10,000?
I’ve been wanting to build a program for bakeries and other “poor posture industries” to have in their staff area to help stretch and alleviate physical pains that happen because of the posture of baking for long periods of time. I would use this money to start up this new venture!
