My signature cookie is a Pumpkin Roll Cookie—soft, spiced pumpkin goodness topped with a rich cream cheese–style icing. It delivers all the cozy flavor of a classic pumpkin roll, while remaining fully LFE compliant. It has that melt-in-your-mouth texture people crave, with just the right balance of spice and sweetness. It features a hint of maple in the icing for an extra layer of cozy sweetness. Finished with a dusting of cinnamon sugar, it’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them?
My favorite person to bake for is my family—they’re my biggest inspiration and my most honest taste-testers. Cookies are always their number one request, and nothing makes me happier than seeing them light up over a fresh batch from the kitchen.
How would you use the $10,000?
I would invest the $10,000 prize directly back into my business—expanding my product line, improving equipment, and developing new flavors that excite my customers. My goal is to continue growing while delivering quality, consistency, and creativity, because at the end of the day, my customers are the heart of everything I do.
